Company Director

He has an obvious authoritative manner about him. Tries to install responsibility and discipline within staff members, but falls to gain their respect. Flirts playfully with Patricia but has no interest in her at all. Tries to keep a professional manner but shows obvious unease when Oxana ‘acts up’ towards him.

Company Accounts Assistant

Oxana is a new member of the company, assisting Nigel in accounts. She shows awareness of her own good looks and at times flaunts it, but not in the flirty way (more to make other jealous). Can’t stand Nigel, and his leering ways. But has tendencies to flirt with Arnold, which makes Patricia very jealous.

Heather Walker playing PATRICIA

Personal Assistant to Arnold

Patricia Has got OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) she is always cleaning and tidying. She has a long affection for Arnold but deep down knows that he’s not interested. His nickname for her is ‘Patsy’. Despite knowing Arnold is interested in Oxana she takes it upon herself to be his lapdog.

Ian MacKenzie playing NIGEL

Company Accounts Manager

He is head of accounts and sees himself as someone of great importance. He constantly try’s to put himself on the same level as Arnold, and has tendencies to repeat and recertify Arnold. Has obvious affection for Oxana, and dislike for Tanesha.

Christian Don Spears playing DESMOND

Security

Desmond is the company’s security guard and is highly respected by most of the team. His cool calm, manner allows him to act quickly when situations arise. Strong minded and is intimidating without meaning to be.

Customer Complaints

She is sweetly nice, rarely says a bad word against anyone. She shows a soft nature, but has discrete dark undertones, especially towards Tanesha.

Mail Room Worker

Quentinquinn also known as ‘Quinn’ is arrogant and rude, likes to think of himself as a stud and tries it on with his female co-workers. Often remarks at being overseen for promotion as he has been doing the same job for more than a year.

Catherine Gordon playing Tanesha

Switchboard Operator

Tanesha is a gritty character, she feel like all negative comments are directed at her. Shows obvious disliking for Yuila, and can’t stand Claries sickly sweetness, has an overall blasé attitude about the job.

Rustam Wood playing RICHIE

Sales and Marketing

Richie is a quiet but observational character. Richie gets a long with a lot of his co-workers apart from those who have unnecessary amounts of energy; there is a subtle friction between him and Edwin. His motivation is from within, a genuine guy.

Lezan Lleshi playing ALEX

Company Despatch

Alex wants to be friends with everyone but his pigeon-English cause’s communication problems and is often mistaken in what he says. Always means well but constantly misinterpreted.

Human Resources

Edwin is head of H.R, his department has organised the team building trip. He is ever so annoying, and always by the book. He’s over enthusiastic and always motivating. He gets on well with Claire as they both have a happy-go-lucky nature.

Mike Ogilvie playing ROSS

Company Handy-Man

Ross is blatantly without moral and only responds professionally to Arnold. He has fowl habits and shows no interest in the group, goes about his own business. Is referred to as the Candy-Man; by female co-workers.
